Neo Tech Enterprises is structured with a clear and efficient hierarchy that ensures smooth coordination across all departments. At the helm of the organization is Mr. Ved Panchal, the Proprietor and Management Representative (M.R.), who plays a pivotal role in guiding all operations. He is responsible for team leadership, new product development, sales, purchases, and overall company management.

The structure is divided into multiple departments, each with dedicated leaders to ensure specialization and accountability. The Production Department, led by Mr. Dinesh Chandra, oversees the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency.

Quality Assurance (Q.A) is headed by Mr. Vishal, who ensures that all products meet strict quality benchmarks. Supporting him is Mr. Deepu Kumar, along with a team of Inspectors who perform routine checks during and after production to maintain consistent quality standards.

The Quality System department, also managed by Mr. Vishal, is responsible for maintaining ISO and quality documentation and ensuring the implementation of standard procedures throughout the organization.

The Store Department, managed by Mr. Deepu Kumar (Store Incharge), handles all inventory and logistics, ensuring timely availability of materials required for production.

The Tool Room and Maintenance Department is led by Mr. Ankit Kumar, who ensures that tools and machinery are well-maintained and production-ready. He is supported by a skilled team including Kishan Pal, Upender Kumar, and Balasabah.

At the base level, Operators carry out day-to-day production activities under the guidance of their respective department heads.
